John Nicholls Joins PHG

Independent plumbers merchant John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd is joining the PHG buying group from January 1 2026, unifying its Heating, Plumbing, and Bathroom purchasing under PHG.

Established in 1965 and led by Executive Chairman Andrew Nicholls, John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd operates a network of 17 branches. Following an MBO in 2023, the company continues to expand and has demonstrated consistent growth.

Sam Hall, commercial director of John Nicholls (Trading) Ltd, said: “We are excited to be joining PHG in January and look forward to working with the members and suppliers. It will be instrumental in the continued growth of Nicholls”
